- All the information entered on the consultation form must be accurate and correct to the best of the client's knowledge, and accept that failure to disclose relevant information may impact treatment results.
- Client's must be over the age of 16.
- It is the client's full and complete responsibility for their own emotional and/or physical well-being both during and after a treatment.
- It is the client's responsibility to be familiar with all relevant pre and post care detailed on this website.
- Any advice given to carry out between sessions is important; and the client will agree to make every effort to carry this out.
- No claim to cure has been made, and you, the client, realise that treatments should not replace conventional treatments.
- A patch test, when necessary, will be carried out.
- Client's must contact the therapist immediately in the event of any adverse effects.
- Client's must be clear in what they want and expect when booking a treatment. (Photographs of examples are always welcomed.)
- Nail art, hand massages, removals and/ or repairs are additional treatments and these need to be added additionally to ensure the correct amount of time.
- Any additional treatments that are no longer needed require a 2 day notice period; otherwise, the cost of the treatment/ time will be included in the end payment.
- Consultation forms must be completed before any treatment is performed; if you have trouble completing the form please make the therapist aware.
- It is the the client's responsibility to make the therapist aware of any changes to circumstances during any subsequent treatments.
- 50% of the overall treatment will be required on booking via the booking system. This will be non-refundable and only transferable via the therapist's discretion.
- Last minute rescheduling is not always possible; the therapist asks clients to be mindful of this.
- When agreeing to a time and date this is confirmation to the therapist, that you, the client, will attend the agreed time, date, address and treatment.
- Contact the therapist with as much notice as possible if an appointment is no longer required. Once again the booking fee will be non-refundable and only transferable at the thereapists discretion.
- It is the responsibility of the client to doubled check all the details of the appointment and that any treatment will be undertaken at their own risk.
- Payments will be taken via the booking system.
- If there are any problems or queries regarding any treatments and/or booking(s), the client will use the contact details provided for the business, and not contact the therapist via their personal social media, email or phone number.
- It is very important to be aware that appointments may be cancelled by the therapist last minute due to health complications. Sarah Hall suffers with Functional Neurological Disorder; which includes strokes and seizures. If this happens on the day of your appointment it may mean a late cancellation is necessary. The therapist will give you as much notice as possible, a refund of booking fee will be given only in this circumstance, and many apologises will be given for any inconvenience.
